Return & Refund Policy

At Compete IAS, we aim to provide high-quality UPSC study materials. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged books (not due to our fault)

  • Items requested after 3 days of delivery

  • Discounted or combo products (unless damaged)

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong book, we will provide a free replacement.

  • You may be asked to share unboxing video or images as proof.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:

    • Replacement is not available, OR

    • The issue cannot be resolved

  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange return/replacement.
